Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of LaunchPad, a software service provided by Oak Harbor Ventures LLC ("Oak Harbor Ventures," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using LaunchPad, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use LaunchPad.

2. LaunchPad Service

LaunchPad is a campaign management and tracking application designed to help affiliate marketers organize campaigns, traffic sources, affiliate networks, performance data, reports, checklists, and optimization notes.

LaunchPad does not operate advertising campaigns on your behalf, guarantee campaign performance, provide affiliate network approval, or guarantee revenue, profit, conversions, traffic quality, or any other marketing result.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating and maintaining your account and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not use another person's account without permission or use LaunchPad for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

LaunchPad is offered as a recurring subscription at the price displayed on our Pricing page and during checkout. Unless canceled, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period.

You may cancel your subscription through the Billing section of your LaunchPad account. Unless otherwise stated during the cancellation process, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you may continue using LaunchPad until that time.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Applicable taxes, payment methods, currencies, and final charges are presented during checkout.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, Paddle's applicable buyer policies, and any rights provided under applicable law.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for charges that have already been processed.

6. Your Data

You retain responsibility for the campaign information and other content you enter into LaunchPad.

You agree not to upload or store content that violates applicable law, infringes another person's rights, contains malicious software, or is otherwise harmful to LaunchPad or its users.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not interfere with LaunchPad's operation, attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts, misuse the service, or use LaunchPad to facilitate unlawful activity.

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of LaunchPad from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, LaunchPad is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that LaunchPad will produce any particular marketing, advertising, or financial result.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Oak Harbor Ventures LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of LaunchPad.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, abuse, unlawful activity, security concerns, or a material violation of these Terms.

Access to LaunchPad may end when your paid subscription expires or is terminated.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with the date of the latest update.
